Not exactly "fine" dining, but tip-top nonetheless: My fiancee and I enjoyed many aspects of this place. First of all, it has a full menu, rife with choices ranging from Stuffed Crabcakes to Veal Scalloppine. The service and pacing was excellent. Portions are excellent, too, and you get a salad and baked potato. All in all, excellent. A little pricey, though...

The outside is not much to look at but the food was great!!!The prices were not bad as well, you get good size portion meals. Service was nice as well. Will definately return!

This is a good resturant, though somewhat pricey. The seafood was great! Having a Maryland crab cake for the first time I was suprised how big it was. The building doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is pretty nice. I would definitely check it out if you're visiting the Baltimore area.

You need to know right off the bat, that I love crab cakes. Most places here in Maryland know how to make good ones. But then, there's Timbuktu.

Four of us came in on a weekday night, ordered crab cakes, and said we'd like them fried. The waiter tried to talk us out of it, saying they're much better broiled. No, we insisted that ...

Every restaurant in Baltimore claim the best crabcakes. I make my own and know it's not rocket science. And while I've found many places with good crabcakes, this one has the biggest. They are the size of a burger with little filler. They are as good as anywhere else and the quantity is great. Recommended by a friend, we made the drive from Pikesville twice. We live in Florida so we try to get our fill of crab when in MD. Try 'em.

    It wasn't all that special.

Granted, it looks like a dive from the outside and it's nicer inside the restaurant, but the prices were a little high for the food quality. We had 2 folks get the double crabcake order - and they were fairly good, but not pheomenal, a few nice-sized chunks of crab, not over mayo-ed, needed a little ...

This place has been the spot for me for a couple of years now. I took my fiance there on our first date a few years ago and we have been together since. I had a birthday party for her there in 07 that included 15 adults a 4 kids and only spent $360. I'm talking about people ordering lobster, crabcakes, and all other kinds of seemingly expensive stuff and still didn't even crack the $400 mark. Good Times

Straight off the flight in to BWI to a great find. My uncle told me that I had to try the crabcakes. I kept seeing these mounds of food hit other people's tables (I thought it was chicken salad, because the further south you get the smaller they get) so I decided to ask my waitress about them. She confirmed that they were indeed crabcakes. ...

Most definitely the best crab cakes ever! However the service was shady. The server who waited on us on 9/10/07 charged my group 18% gratuity on a party of three. We later found out after paying that there's no required gratuity for less than a party of 5. Shocking right? Well management refunded us the tip and gave us a drink -- but that was not enough! Appaulding! But eh, I can not lie when I tell U the crab cakes are off the Chain!
