Great wine list, good martinis. Professional and friendly service. Good accoustics so not drowned out by neighbors' conversations. Good vegetarian content.

Shaking Beef = cows in an earthquake?I'd been planning to try Tamarine for quite a while, and it was well worth the wait. The service was very attentive and the waiter made excellent recommendations (though his suggested entrees happened to correspond to the most expensive items on the menu :P). Excellent fine food!Tamarine is so far the best restaurant we have been to in the US: the food is extremely fine and the presentation is excellent. Amazing cuisineMy family and I eat here all the time and we have only come across 1 dish that we didn't like. It is over all a wonderful experience. The ambiance is spectacular you almost feel like your in an exclusive club with the low shaded lighting. They have a full bar for those of you who enjoy a good cocktail.
