Best Carolina BBQ I've ever eaten, better than every place I've tried in NC. Great prices, love the location and atmosphere. You can't beat the hot dogs for the kids and the zillions of choices of cold drinks!

Best BBQ around. I recommend it to anyone traveling through Ashburn. Not only is the food great but so is their catering dinners. Excellent quality and some of the best BBQ sauce around.

This is some of the best BBQ I have ever eaten. The store is clean and is uniquely decorated. I had the pulled pork and it was amazing. Very authentic and it tasted delicious. I don’t know what you are talking about even comparing this to Red Hot and Blue’s mass produced garbage. From a BBQ Connoisseur, this place is great.

I went to Carolina Brothers Pit Barbeque about a week ago. It was great. They did some contruction and now have seating inside as well as outside by the bike trail.

The place was clean and the food was great.

Okay ya'll this is not like North Carolina barbecue! First the barbecue is mushy, not yummy! Secondly the sauce is sweet. Being a North Carolinian born and bred we all know that the sauce should be peppery with vinegar. The guys working behind the counter have no idea what southern hospitality is what so ever.Needless to say we will not be back! Red Hot and Blue has a better Carolina barbecue! Thought I would share.
