the food is only fair, the appetisers being better than the entrees, the tarte lyonaise and the escargot are very good. i have never had a main course there that impressed. the wines by the glass are nice, with a good selection of white bordeauxs.
service can be painfull, slow and poorly informed about the menu or the wine list, but other times ...

First time going to this place and it was neither good or bad. The escargot was great and the drinks were yummy. The only problem I saw was not enough waitstaff. We had to wait a long time to be waited on and the waitress could bearly hear us becuse the live music was soo loud, I felt like I was in a nightclub.. kinda. The bartender with the scar on the side of his face was HOT! Super HOT! K bye

When you can sit outside and enjoy the wonderfully warm summer evenings this is a nice place to go, although sometimes the service leaves something to be desired. We do like stopping in, before or after a film, to have a bit of onion soup and a glass of wine. More upscale than the other restaurants in the area. The interior is nice for dining inside.

Had a reservation and waited 25" to be seated. Hostesses were rude. Ift would have been nice if they had pointed us to the bar since they didn't save a table for us rather than being seated by the door for so long with people coming and gloing. Service poor. Three different waiters and only the last one knew which end was up. Wine ...

My friends joined me here to celebrate my birthday. Usual wait time for a drink was 15 minutes. Usual time to get the waitress's attention 15 minutes. Our food arrived almost an hour late. 6 out of 8 meals were cold, the 7th meal was stake tartar (served cold so that's a plus?). When we sent our meals back they were not prepared all over ...

This is a great place for lunch or dinner, but my favorite time to go is happy hour. Cocktails are incredibly reasonable and the appetizers are amazing. Try one of their margaritas outside on the patio on a nice day...you won't be disappointed!!

uptown food with parking. if you don't want to spend the dough eat at sweet tomatoes. business is starting to pick up on week days. get reservations on the weekends. holidays are nuts. food is country french. bar is great.
