The food selection and quality of food was amazing. However, the service was VERY poor and the wait was far too long. Our party of eight had to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes to be sat and we only got a table AFTER we had complained to the Hostesses, who in my opinion, were quite unorganized. Two out of three of us ordered Fish & Chips. I would expect good steak fries, no, these were worse than fast food fries. The waiter had to be asked to bring me more water. He did his job marginally well, nothing more. I asked for a comment card...they don't have any, nor did he ask what was the matter. Since he didn't care, we stiffed him ...

The wait was a bit long, but I did'nt care. The food was so good, it was worth all that waiting. Not to mention the cheesecakes. I coud not believe how good they were!

Loved the atmosphere, it is roomy and nice. The experience was fun, it just depends who you are with of course. I definitely would recommend it to others. Their menu is vast, so no matter what you crave, it should be there. It is absolutely worth the time and the money. However, as much as the food is awesome the service can be better.

I ordered the Chicken & Biscuits...Chicken was really dry, thank God the mashed potatoes were good. Then, they took forever to bring our food. I was not impressed with my order or the service. I asked the waitress for bread... well guess what? I never got it ~ Ha! Maybe try something else...but chicken. However, they do have a full bar ~ I wouldn't mind going there for a drink or two ;-)

The cheesecake factory is the best i have not had such good service in along time.
