Ambiance is pleasant though slightly formal. Not too noisy the night I went with friends. Service was very good...they kept the bread coming. Complaints are the wines starting at $28 a bottle (probably typical for this kind of restaurant) but there was this aftertaste of a army water canteen. And the $23 salt cod which was just breaded fish. ...

Cashion's could succeed in any city, large or small, with its attention to great food, its comfortable atmosphere, and its dedication to local ingredients. We're just lucky to have it in D.C.
