I walked in off the street with a desire for Indian food, and the articles/references on the door looked good. The service was very slow, though they were quite nice. The food was acceptable, but when considered with the price, it is just not a good deal. The food isn't bad, but it's the worst Indian I've had in the area. I won't be returning.

We found the staff to be very rude and service very poor. They will force you to buy one entree for each person in your group even if you don't want to eat all that food. I won't go there again. There are other better places in Washington DC for Indian food.

the food was great the 1st and 2nd time. this last time, the food was very bland and not spicy at all. i am only giving them 2 stars because the price is ridiculous especially for lunch. it was like $22 for one person's lunch with the thali, shared appetizer and dessert. the chai price has also doubled to "starbucks" price.

The lunch specials are small. I had the tandori salmon and only 2 very small pieces and they wouldn't serve somosa as was listed in the lunch special because they ran out of the small ones - only had regular sizes left, but refused to serve it. Overall, very price and not very good. Don't waste your money.

This place has some of the best indian food I've had in DC. The Butter Chicken and tikka masala are excellent. A bit pricy for what you get but otherwise a great place.

Do not eat at this horrible Indian restaurant. You will get the worst service from this restaurant. Four of us went on a Saturday at around 6:00p.m. We walked in and asked the girl at the kiosk about the waiting time. She said 15 mins. After 30 mins, we finally got a seat at a cramped-up table.
