We have been vacationing for 8 years at Knoebels, we look forward to it every year, and it hasn't grown old. I can't say enough about the place, in fact we are going again this weekeknd, and we look forward to making it now twice a year. The food is good, the entertainment good, and the people are very nice, in fact we look foward to seeing our neighbors same time next year. The prices are right, and we have no complaints.
I appreciate a place where families can go and have clean fun, and appeciate that they enforce the dress code. I think walking around in a bikini top and bottom is not what i or my family want to see around us all day in the park, the pool is the place for that. I love the trees, shade and polite staff. This park is wonderful. Camping is ...
We are looking forward to our family weekend in August. We have been camping at Knoebels for 20 years. The girls are all grown now and this year for the first time we will be taking our first grandson. We keep telling Peyton how much gun Knoebels is. I love the closeness to the park and we eat our way through the weekend. Wonderful food at normal prices NOT "park" prices. We have no complaints about Knoebels Grove Campground.
There is no Security in place for a lost child at Knobels. They have do not have a loud speaker that would cover the park. We had a 13 year old that got away from our group, Thank God everything turned out well. However, Someone needs to update the way Knobels a liost child.
We went to the park only to discover that I had lost my wallet. We went to security and they advanced us pool tickets and an address to send repay them when we returned home. We live about 60 miles away and had two children waiting for the fun to begin, so they saved our day. Many thanks to the staff.
We have gone to knoebels for the past 5 years now. We orriginally camped at the knoebels campground. Now, we stay at Lake Glory. Much better. Wooded and quieter, and people don't walk through the site as they do in Knoebels camp. No one has any respect anymore! Great Rides for the kids. It's getting up there in price! But I would go there instead of Great Adventure any day. Just your Home town old fashion park. Love it!
Love the amusement park but everything else was horrible. The sites are way too close together, all of the sites are literally on top of each other, no one observes quiet time, and everyone walks right through your site. There is no privacy at any site, this is not camping. The quality of people surrounding us was far from family oriented. The ...
The only thing this campground has going for it is its proximity to the amusement park. Even that is not enough to put up with being forced to break camp without notice. We were forced to moved to a less-desirable site two nights into a pre-paid, three-night stay. They double-booked our site, then called security on us when the new guest arrived ...
