I've been going to this capmsite for the past 3 years and it was very nice, I would camp (primitive camp) right by the private beach which now they are calling it "island oasis" always took two sites for 12 people and it was very nice and convenient. The location is good, near Assateague and Ocean City. If you are tent camping, however, avoid this place like the plague. Paid $40 for a tiny tent site, no picnic table (we stole one from another site), and between a BUSY road and a fence. I can live with that.

Campsite had no fire ring or picnic table. Had to steal one from another site once it was vacated. Site itself was nice and roomy and many have their own small shelters/ pavillions. There is not one thing I didn't like about the campground. The pool was great, the bathrooms/showers were nice, the location was wonderful.
