They charge kids for bounce pillow and Putt-Putt, Gave us a Cabin with a leaky roof and left us in it, refused to move us. Did not properly clean camp site before we arrived. Been going to KOA for several years and have always been very satisfied. But over the 4th of July weekend was put in a spot that required us to run our power cord across the walkway to the bathroom and caused a spark from their power outlet and ruined our 100 dollar power cord. They never offered to replace cord or to admit their guilt . So we were out a new cord on a brand new camper.

We have been coming here for several years and the place needs a complete overhaul starting with the management. The bathrooms are horrible and completely outdated. I don't know what has happened over the last couple of years, but this place has gone from our favorite camping spot to our least favorite.

I love this place. The all you can eat dinners are great, I love the early morning fishing.I love the water. The campsites and the people you meet are awsome. We stayed in the new cabins once and they were great too.Other than Fort Wilderness,this is my favorite place.

Must say its located in a beautiful spot in the mountains and friendly and very clean.

I love coming to the koa in cherokee.But please change the beds in all kabins they are old. we have been coming for 16 years.
