Looking out our back window, we could see Hwy 1 oncoming traffic. Through our bay window we saw the dumpster. The street next to the site is the dog run for the whole facilty. this place is like a fortress or concentration camp, it is surrounded by barbed-wire-fences, codes to get into the bathrooms... just annoying and not worth the price, it is full of white-trash hicks, who each come with an oversize rv, giant truck, atv's, extra car, 5 kids, 2 dogs and case of beer. if you're into that, this is the place for you. if you like space and peace go elsewhere, not worth the money.

Just finished a great stay. Everything was the best I've experienced at any park. The rain was unfortunate, but at least they had good cable and wifi to use inside the trailer.

A note about a comment left by a previous reviewer: they BEGIN taking reservations six months in advance, but you don't necessarily HAVE to reserve six months ...

Pismo Coast Village is by far the best place to RV in Pismo Beach, Ca. It's always clean and quiet. It's right on the beach with a short walk to Pismo Beach. It is normally full on weekends and most holidays/summer. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Enjoy the location. The previous comments have a few errors. There is a heated pool, however no spa. You do not have to be a member they are open to the public. I recommend reservations, which they take up to six (6) months in advance. Would stay here again and recommend....

I had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone. I want to thank Gene for his help in making our stay enjoyable. I will be staying at the Pismo Coast Village again. The location is within walking distance to everything. I enjoyed the pool and spa, not to mention the wonderful people who were so friendly.
