Manager unresponsive, office often unoccupied during "business hours", 9:30 to 4:00 weekdays only. Don't try knocking on the manager's door, it just makes the situation worse.

The park management has two sets of rules.
one for them and another for everyone else.
have talked with residents leaving the park and most all concur. This is as bad as it gets as far as managementof park resources is concerned.

I have been in this park for 9 years, I feel safe in the park, the manager is very particular when renting to RVers as far as keeping any trouble out of the park. This place is a good/safe place to stay. Being active duty military I have made the the trailer life a way of living and Evergreen RV Park made me feel at home. The location is great right next to the freeway and the management are exrememly helpful in any circumstance. I look forward to returning to the park when I return from deployment!

I travel all the time and whenever I pass thru the Malibu area I always stay at Evergreen RV Park. Its close to everything, beach, shopping and restaurants without the high cost of staying at the beach RV Parks. I recommend staying here to anyone passing thru Ventura County!!!

I have been to many RV Parks and this one by far is sooo clean and in a Great Location!! Very close to beach, shops etc... I needed help finding my way around town and the manager was very helpful!! I totally enjoyed my stay and plan on coming back in the near furture.

If you'd enjoy living in total squalar this is the place for you. The washing machines are out of order, the fences are falling down, cement is broken and dangerous, wiring is exposed, the sewers back up every time you try to use them.
