This park is truly a resort atmosphere. The landscaping and facilities are beautiful. It is a florshing desert at 81 Palms. I have never seen so many unique cactus before. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We have never been to Deming before and gave us many suggestions on food locations and the must-see sites around the area. We wish we would have planned more time to be in the area. Next time, a month minimum for sure!

WOW! What a nice place in New Mexico. It is highly recommended to stop if you want a nice place where people are friendly. There are many interesting things to look at throughout the park.

We enjoyed the rec building. But did not enjoy the rude male owner. On the other hand his wife was as nice as could be.

The park is nice and clean. It is very well-kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had several questions about the local area and they were able to answer all of them!

There are many things to do in the local area which made our winter fly by. It was worth our time and money. We are surely going to make the trip to Deming again. I am delighted to recommend this park.

The owners of the RV park are great! We have 2 dogs and there was no problem. They have a pet walk area that is nice and large.
The weekly and monthly rates are very reasonable and I didn't find any unrealistic rules. If you pay for your space by the month, you pay for electricity and can run heaters or whatever you want.

If you expect WIFY be certain to park near main building. If you expect TV local reception you will be dissapointed and there is no cable TV. You cannot use electric heaters. Went to this park to check it out for friends who were thinking of coming to Deming next year. Owner was rude & obnoxious! The person inside told us we could look around, but the owner told us to "hit the road". Not too professional!
