TOO EXPENSIVE, TOO MANY RULES, EVERYTHING EXTRAIgnorant staff and rude owner. We will never stay there again. Not close to beach, each person, cable, wi-fi, pets, site location, everything is extra. Fall Bike week here we comeThese will be the scond time being here from north carolina and we love it you can take your motorcycles and pets. It is very clean RV Park and the showers & restroom are very clean. It is the best one I have every stay at before. All of the staff is very nice and helpful. We will always stay here.0 of 1 Yahoo! We will be back again this weekend!My husband and I found Emerald Coast via the web and were there this past weekend. The park was beautifully landscaped, clean and well maintained. Beautiful Park, not close to beachWife and I were exploring the panhandle, but did not have our tow vehicle with us, so we were looking for a park with beach access. Found that this one had shuttle service to the beaches, so we passed alot of other parks to go to this one. DIRTY, NASTYThis is where rude, obnoxious managers rule with an eye on making your vacation the woarst experience in all our travels. We were appalled by the level of ignorance of the manager and the nasty, dirty bathrooms. Too expensive and not friendly. We were given the wrong directions to our site, then they screamed at us. Never Come BackAttractive small park - beautifully landscaped. Limited space for big rigs. Pull in area to register can accommodate only one big rig towing a vehicle and there is not designated area to unhook tow vehicle. Great VacationThe park is kept clean. Great friendly people in the park, not to mention the staff. It is just a great place to be. We were there the entire week and had a blast. Second visit and still counting!After our first trip here 4 months ago, my wife and I enjoyed it so much that we planned our vacation for the 4th of July week at Emerald Coast RV. With the tropical plants, clean environment, close proximity to attractions, and most of all the friendly people that work here, this is a great family RV Park.
