Not quite a slum but located in the middle of one. Stayed there for a few months recently. They were installing gates at the entrance to try and keep out the neighboring residents while we were there. Apparently a group of local street vermin fired a few rounds into the bus riders shelter at the front gate one evening. I don't believe any one ...

NOT A SLUM

THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST,FRIENDLIEST KOA'S I HAVE STAYED IN.I HAVE BEEN COMING FOR MANY YEARS,AND HAVE FOUND NO SLUM,NO FURNITURE OUTSIDE. THE PARK IS KEPT VERY WELL, I WILL ALWAYS KEEP COMING BACK WHEN IM IN SAN ANTONIO TX .THAT IS WHY THERE RATINGS ARE SO HIGH.
the front of the campground is ok, the back is a slum area. 3 or 4 cars to a site, funiture looking like sanford and sons yard in most areas, dogs and cats running wild, and they raised their rent 2 times in the last 6 months. They are more expensive now than a good resort by sea world.
