Impossible to find and then found it and was sorry we did. Directions we were given were terrible. Showers and laundry were filthy. Water was unavailable several times (don't know why). Park is located next to a scary trailer park The convenience to Lackland AFB is the only good thing about it.

Will go back!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/14/08
We stayed at this park for about 8 months. We particularily likes the friendly helpful management and the security of having a private coded entry gate. We liked the fact that the park was small and the people there were friendly and it felt like a family atmosphere. We also are retired military and it was close to the base and also very close to ...
I have stayed here several time and have enjoyed myself very much. I have found the employees to be very helpful and all is included. I have read some of the reviews and the only thing is, that I have enjoyed myself. Electric and water are included in the price. I will be staying there again when I come to San Antonio.

Lackland RV Park was clean and safe! The on-site management team were friendly and professional, and very knowledgeable about the area. A great spot for an overnight stay, or for snow-birds looking to nest for the winter!
Kind and friendly onsite management and a convenient San Antonio location. I would recommend this park to others!

Should have read reviews first
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/11/06
All we can say is we should have read all of the reviews first before staying at this park this last holiday weekend. This is a dirty park with no security, hard to find and harder to drive through.

They must have paid for good reviews....

Park is very hard to get to. If you miss the entrance which is poorly marked, you will have to drive down to a very busy street to uturn back down the freeway, go through a cloverleaf on the freeway(very dangerous merging of traffic) and come back down the other side of the freeway. *about 2 miles*
Have lived at this RV park for sometime now as a full time RV'r. Have stayed at several other San Antonio RV parks off and on, and have found this one to be one of the best. They have full time onsite management and both of them are friendly and know the area. I don't worry about security as there is a auto gate that controls who gets ...
