The park is located near Disney which is why they can charge their rates. We stayed there for 8 years over the winter. Every season they raised the rates but did nothing to improve the park. The roads were bad. This past winter the hot tub was full of algae. There was no security. Bikes were stolen. We have decided to move to another RV park. The people who were there were very nice.

We had a great time but it was the people not the park that made our stay great. They do not do much around the grounds ie pool. The chairs are in need of repair and they need twice as many as they have. If it's hot you need to get to the pool by 9-10 to get a table and 10:30 if you want a lounge. Open garbage there draw rats and even gators! Management rules this place but dont count on them doing a good job. Go elsewhere. I could say more but judge it if you stay there yourself
