Sea Breeze RV is a wonderful place to plan to stop either for a day or for a month. Many great restaurants within a few miles either in Portland or Corpus. The facilities are very good and all the areas are clean. We have enjoyed stays and always plan to return when in Texas.

Great place in summer,the locals have great times.Winter is not so good as northern snowbirds take over .Free coffee in the club house is not a year round deal,only during the migration period of the snowbirds.Please note that family of owners live near by,so there is alot of youth activity on two and four wheels,But the staff that is employeed here are very friendly and helpful.
