    The location is the greates for accesss to one of the best border towns in Mexico (Progresso). We have spent the last two winters there the people are very friendly,, and sociable the prices are very reasonable. Does need an upgrade of the electric system though. Will be back in october for another winter. Would be nice to have wifi.

    We spent 2 weeks there last Feb. We had a quiet spot in the next-to-last row. The shower & restroom in our area was cold & the stool was on an open elevated area 2 or 3 steps above floor level and was rather difficult to get to. The one in the clubhouse...at the front of the park...was nicer. We would go back.
