We, The Bacchus family have been visiting Sugarloaf Key KOA for over ten years, and will continue to patronize this facility.
Though ownership was changed, some of the old staff still remain and remembers us when we visit. We're always delighted to see them. Overall we have been very pleased with the corteous staff that manages this facility. ...

  • Best camping in the keys
    By RichardL, 11/03/06
Went there last winter, going again for new years best camping in the keys by far. 50 cent beers in the pub all day! great location, close to Key west, 45 minutes for islamorade. I love this place, it has good showers, laundry, friendly staf, u can have fires. If you have a group of 5, you will be able to stay in the keys for 100 bucks per person per week, how can u go wrong?

  • great place to stay
    By Brooks, 07/31/06
can seem a little cramped in certain places. have nice swimming pool that I don't use because of screaming kids. on site restaurant for breakfast and lunch. full hook ups. allow pets. live entertainment some nights. marina and boat launches. beach with volleyball court. awesome scenery. only 20 miles from Key West.

  • Wonderful Camping for summer bug season!
    By Jennifer, 09/08/05
This Koa campground in Sugarloaf is awesome! They have RV's you can rent as well as boats. For those of you who own a boat they have dock space and a ramp. This is right on the water so you can even pull right up near your campsite by the shore. The people are friendly and prompt.
