Just off Route 16A lovely property set back in a peaceful location. Wonderful hotel with nice rooms and kid friendly. Rooms were clean Very clean. The hosts are very nice. I found all the guests we encountered to be nice as well. They have a fire at night and toast marshmallows and that was enjoyable. Loved it.

booked 2 night of this motel online for $200/night,but found out the room is so little and messy, the service is terrible. Feel being fooled and so decide to move to another motel after only one night stay. The owner still charge me for 2 nights. I called my credit card company to refuse the 2nd night payment.

We found this to be a very nice, clean hotel of good value. We were very pleased, the room was wonderful. The room felt like home! The rates were reasonable. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. They recommended wonderful restaurants and gave us menu's to help us make a choice. Thank you so much we will be back again next year!

After reading the reviews I was nervous about staying again at Perrys.I did not find what other people said, the lady who greeted us spoke very good english, I had no problems understanding her. The room was very clean and I did not see any bugs or smell any urine. It was spotless . I did see men walking around the grounds early morning and very late at night. But it was quiet and pleasant. No problems.
