We ending up staying for two night because our kids were having so much fun. Clean and affordable. Away from the hustle and bustle. A nice break from TV, Playstation, etc. The kids had a blast just swimming in the large and very clean indoor pool and playing ping pong. It reminded me of the NH from my childhood. The staff were very helpful in finding us a great place to eat that was family friendly We will definitely come back!

Where else can you stay for a week and cook your own food to save money at a price like this place. Clean, sufficiently equipped kitchen, 5 minute walk to scenic and clean Brewster Beach. Golf course just next door. Place is borderline dump! Draperies hanging askew from rod, torn sofa cushions, filthy carpet, old mattresses. Cooking facilities are nice to have, convenient location, uncooperative management when we reported multiple missing items in the unit.
Would not stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I would never go back. Then room was discusting with dirty sheets on the bed. The service was poor and when I tried to speak to management about it, the didnt want to hear it.
