Best vacations and wonderful memories

Best vacations of my life. Have been going there for years. Staff very friendly and customer friendly. Homey and safe. Comfortable. Some rooms need updates especially beds but still comfortable. Reasonable and affordable. Will continue to vacation there.

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT!

Bellevue by the Sea offers great location and excellent value. It is walking distance to the beach and also to the arcade and candy shop and a couple reasonably priced places to eat. The staff at the front desk are MOST accomadating and the property is clean and well maintained. Indoor pool/hot tub are bonuses for those cool or rainy days. All in all a great spotin Wells!!

We have stayed here several times over the past 4 years and have always had a pleasant experience. It is close to the beach, and is also in close proximity to the shopping plaza which has a grocery store, movie theater and more. Our accomodations have always been clean and the maid service has always been more than adequate. They have an indoor pool as well. T

misleading advertising

We reserved this "ocean front"motel over the internet,based on the hotel website,only to find that all rooms faced a parking lot.All beds were in need of replacement,shower had no pressure,bedding was old,carpeting was older.Service was non existant.
When checking out,at 10.30am,we were told to move our car by 11.00am or it would be towed.
All this for a pre-paid 200.00 in full per night for three nights stay!!!!!
