room was very clean, cleaning staff helpful very close to blvd mall.

Quite a drive from the Falls, but a good price because of that. Rooms were very clean, but parking lot was littered and gave bad first impression. Parking lot is also so small we couldn't find a spot near our room.

Rooms on top floor are new. Supplied well with equipment, wireless internet, and very clean. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Would def. stay here again.

nice centralized location, outside pool closed for the season, clean lobby and bathrooms, small parking lot. Niagara falls the town is awful just like detroit, do not stay there. canada side is better.

very clean and nice location. rooms are like a hotel should be ,services is very helpfull, pool is very clean and a nice quite place to sit and do work. is the only place in niagara falls i will stay when i visit why nicer than the inlaws !!!
