Mold on the ceilings, pillows are at least 5 years old, stay away. If you need pictures I have them. The view is great, I sleeped outside the first of two nights, it was more appealing. I heard they are will be selling and turning into condo's at the end of this season.

It was a little rocky at first reserving 2 rooms for one night only in prime time season, but the owner, Jane was very accomodating and helped me plan a great weekend. We particularly liked the location. It overlooks the Cape and is completely beachfront - you can hear the waves gently lapping the shore.

Our room was clean, with 2 double beds and nice firm mattresses. All sheets and linen were clean. Staff was friendly and polite. All doors fitted properly -good secure locks.

We can't wait to get back to this family owned and managed resort!
