I Like the Professionalism of the Hotel Staff. Miss Smith, the Manager, always makes sure my stay is a welcomed one. I feel like royalty, when I stay at the Amber Inn...the prices are in my budget. I have personally stayed here over 100 times and counting. I have also been to the Downtown Hotels and Motels, but I prefer the Amber Inn. The rooms are always clean and fresh, and comfortable.

I believe this is the old Roberts Motel that has only been renamed. As far as location goes, it's perfect, but don't expect anything from this place. It's run down. I stayed at the Amber Inn a couple of times and enjoyed myself very much. My last stay was in the club level. Each time we stayed, the staff was very nice. I intend to do a return visit Just wish that they had better television channels and better pillows, not just at amber inn but most hotels.

I don't like the way that it's made because it does not offer enough privacy for guest. Also in my opion it would be better as a bed and breakfast.

I have never stayed at this hotel but I still have a negative experience. I called the manager to see if I could schedule a time to talk about my website services. I experience no's all the time but this manager was extremely rude and hung up on me. I believe that behavior is also indicative of what their service would be like. My family reunion is in town next year and suffice it to say that I won't give this hotel the first thought.

There was nothing good about this facility. We held our family reunion in Chicago and this was the host hotel. It was absolutely awful. Our family had to buy cleaning products to clean the rooms when they arrived; they did not want to clean the rooms daily and our family had to request them to be cleaned; they misrepresented the accommodations; ...

We had stp by & the was very spacious,clean & the bathroom - jacuzzi WOW! Big enough for the two of us just romantic & quite I would definitely reccommend. We are planning to go back very soon!

My husband and I had problems finding a hotel and we just happened upon this one. When we pulled in were were a little worried so we asked to see the rooms.
