This is a clean and safe hotel that is located in a great area. The bathroom is down the hall and it was very clean. There was a t.v. in the room but the reception wasn't too good. But if you are visiting New york City you should be spending all your time going here and there and not in a hotel room. It should be used for sleep. We paid $60 ...

Location and price are good: the residence is in a nice neighbourhood (bars, restaurants..) and it's very cheap for N.Y.

But my room was very dirty and the common bathroom was horrible too.

Cheap and clean, that's what you get here.
If you actually want ambience, you're all
wrong here. But for about 40 bucks a night
you cannot beat this place(safe too,nice
neighborhood).

worst phone inquiry experience.. they should know they represent their hotel when they answer calls..

This is a great place and I loved it! It has a great laundry (hard to find in NYC) and, while there is no bathroom in the rooms, I never encountered another guest while I was there. The rooms were clean and large and I found the staff precious. Its a great place and NOWAY that you can beat the price!
