This is a pet friendly, old motel, but it serves the purpose at a great price. I have never had problems with smells or bugs. The floors are lenolium, cold in the winter but great for my dogs. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is outdated but works. I stay here every time I'm in the area for dog shows. It's the pet friendly piece and the price that keeps me coming back.

C'mon! Much more rooms, more people around, and much better lit than Norman and "Ma" Bates' place.

I read a couple of reviews that were't very flattering, so I had to write. We've stayed there many times over the years--NEVER, have seen any bugs. People always friendly, price excellent--BUT--no frills, yes, towels could be better--but you're only sleeping there overnite- and for $27--what do you want? Very clean, comfy bed--best ...

The place was extremely close to where I needed to be. The room was clean and quiet. The lady walked me to the room and even opened the door for me. I would have stayed in my car if it wasn't for the price of the room. It was all I could afford. The bed was really nice to sleep on.

The room smelled nice and clean and was very clean.
The mattress was very comfortable and the desk clerk was very nice and accommodating!

While not fancy, it was basically a very comfortable room. It serves as an excellent 'stop off' for those who want a good night's sleep. It is very close to the Outback Restaurant on Rt.11, and a McDonald's for breakfast before heading out.

This motel is a good place. It is clean and ofer a Great price!It is Close to I81 and Rt. 37 By-pass so all parts of Winchester can be accessed from it. Good family value for a stop over night.

Got off the highway and couldn't believe the sign with the price, was I seeing thing's. It was true ...so cheap and VERY clean.
It was so conviently located, No guessing on the price..very clearly printed on the large sign in front...price's for the room's and amount of people..
Need more place's like this..especially for traveling people watching there pocketbook..

i loved this hotel, made me feel like i was back in the 1960's! it was really clean and had great hot water, great television and a convenience store right next door. the people were really nice and you cant beat the price! the outside neon sign belongs in the museum of modern art!! LOVE IT!
