Well the place is kept very clean, from the rooms to the outside, the owner can be seen every morning sweeping the sand and any litter that might have been blown onto his property. We just returned home from our second stay in two years. The location is great, a short walk to the beach or boardwalk. The room was very reasonably priced. This is not a new building, so expect an outdated bathroom, but everything worked fine and the owners were very pleasant. The room was also clean. There seems to be an abundance of glowing reviews here; that's because the motel has earned it.

I don't know who is writing such a great reviews about Windward Motel... but it is nothing like that! Please, before you pay, see the room inside!

This motel is in a great location to the boardwalk and the beach. It is very clean, the rooms are a bit outdated, but very clean. The outside is very neat and clean & the pool is very nice. It is a great place to stay, and the owners are wonderful to their guests! I will continue to go back, and would definately reccomend the Windward to others.

Excellent location, right off the boardwalk away from all the crowds. Family oriented. Owners very pleasent. My husband and I plan on making this our yearly place to stay.
