Great Mattress!!I have to say that this one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in the Pigeon Forge Area. The lobby smells so nice and clean when you walk in. The Mattress was fantastic! Best mattresses we have ever encountered on our vacations.OVERALL

Had guests in our bed, and no extra charge.We had ssome little guests in our mattresses, when we told the clerk on duty, he moved us to another room, and we had the same problem. we asked for our money back, and were told that the indiand manager would have to approve refund, and he wouldn't be back until morning......1 of 3 Yahoo! Great Place!I recently stayed at this hotel when we visited the Pigeon Forge area. We loved it. Great Rooms, Fantastic Staff and we loved that you were able to fish in the river beside the hotel. Surprising FindWe were pleasantly suprised to stumble across this hotel on our last trip to Pigeon Forge. The hotel offers a lobby computer availible for guest use anytime (This was a big hit with my teenagers), also the fact that the hotel offered a guest laundry was a big plus for my family. Great ValueAt first we were a little scared of the place, we stopped at a hotel across the street and was quoted 139.00 a night, we then went to the Pigeon River Inn and was quoted 34.00 a night - we thought something must be wrong with the place. Highly Recommended!We just returned from a trip to Pigeon Forge, We stayed at the Pigeon River Inn for 4 nights. It was a great experience. The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping did a great job with our rooms. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite on the top floor. Great Value!! Very Clean!! Great Views and a great Staff.
