We had points that were about to expire and with our time frame and needed location for travel were told that this resort was all that was available. I am really leery now after reading these reviews. We too feel that this will be very low end as far as TimeShare propeerty goes and I will be sure to post a follow up after our stay there.

This place is awful. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They bill you for charges after you have already left the resort and after one of their "highly skilled" (not) staff check your room. Watch out for fridge charges. (They get creative and make things up for extra money to charge). I highly suggest finding somewhere else to stay in Panama, there is an endless amount of other resorts to stay at which you could call suitable.

My wife and I stayed here through RCI. RCI should be embarrassed to be affiliated with this so called resort. This shouldn't even be a last resort.Small, dirty and old best describes it. Our front door wouldn't even shut completely, which made us feel unsafe.Mold in the bathroom. I will say that the staff was friendly and location was good.
I wrote a letter to RCI but got no response.
