Full, well stocked kitchen; the bed was comfortable; bathrooms are new; the place was spotless; walk to a nice golf course, Spessard Holland; close to a darling town ... Melbourne Beach... bicycle path goes all the way down to Sebastian Inlet. Private gate to the beach with comfortable deck to watch the surf; I stayed two nights and slept like a baby.

This is the most obnoxious place I have ever been to in my 63 years. So bad that the cheap run down rooms with worn out amenities are the best part. The owner is not playing with a full deck, so much so that he is frightning!! Do your self a favour and sleep on the street or in an alley, you will be happier, more welcome and safer than here!!!
