I was very frustrated looking for a hotel near the Convention Center. I found the Hoover Inn, and called. I liked talking to the staff,they are a reflection of the Hoover Inn, and made me feel comfortable and safe. The prompt and personnal service was excellent when making reservations. The staff was curtious, professional, and knew what they were doing. I look forward to my stay at the Hoover Inn.

We found the family very helpful in making our reservations, we enjoyed the fact they went out of their way to entertain our kids with games, our room was not one of the rooms they have fixed up yet, however, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay there again.

We found the Hoover Inn to be a very quaint and charming hotel. The food and the Magnolia Cafe was excellent. We look forward to a return visit.
