caouldn't wait to get outThe Owners/managers Mr vittorio and amanda were horrible. They lied about giving us and other tenants their deposits back. Mr Vittorio would get up early every morning using his leaf blower(no sleeping in late). They would go inot our rooms whenever we were not there(they were not cleaning). Like staying at Melrose PlaceThe location was awesome!!!! Several blocks to the beach. Nice clean pool. But there was way too much drama going on with the residents that live there. We might stay there again depending if we can find another place as close to the beach.OVERALL

Very nice placeCurrently Im from Colorado and last year for Christmas I came down here to visit my family and spent the holidays, I was driving by the Deerfield Beach and saw this nice place, my wife and I stoped by and spoke with Vittorio the owner, he has really nice and took good care of us my opinions are, very clean, very nice people, great location, nice decoration and well mantain0 of 1 Yahoo!
