This RV/Mobile home resort has it all. A beautiful place to visit or live full time. Wonderful staff, lots of activities, warm water in pool, 2 spas, nice fitness center, free wifi, pet friendly, and a quiet location near the bay.
We moved here from another park nearby where nearly everyone was unhappy. We are sure glad we found this park.

This has become our new winter home. People are so friendly. Our lot with grass really looks like a home. This is the best value in the area. So many activites, if you get bored here it is your own fault. Free WIFI saves you even more money. Great location for Rockport/Fulton area. Close to great resturants and plenty of shopping.
