Nice place to stay .Love it .Love it Everything was nice encluding the people who work there . Rooms was nice and big enough for our family needs. Pool was great that was like a bonus to us we did not mind walking over to it but if u stay in the cottages the pool is right there. Quaint and Very NiceWe stayed at the Rock Lake Resort in March 2007 for 11 nights. The place is very cute and quaint. There are little cottages around a circle pond. There are 2 cottages per unit. Each unit has french doors that open into a covered porch overlooking the pond. There are dolphin fountains all along the pond. It was a very relaxing place to stay. ...Was this review helpful? Oasis in the cityRock Lake has motel style rooms on one side of the street but on the other side are duplex cabins with kitchenettes, cable TV, and porches that overlook the "Rock Lake" which is a pond. The heated pool really is heated. This is an old resort and has old style but everything is kept clean and the kitchenettes are recent. The value here is ...Was this review helpful? Spring Break Away From the CrowdsI spent a week at this beautiful motel during my spring break. The rooms have marble floors, king beds, cable, and kitchenettes. Wonderful!! There is a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and canoeing! We drove the short distance to the beach each morning to join in the festivities and could retreat to our wonderful room in the evening!
