Horrible Customer ServiceMy husband and I decided to go to this winery for our anniversary. When we called to get a tour, they were very rude over the phone. In addition, they did not have any openings for a tour (we called a week in advance). What kind of winery only holds 3 tours a day. Once a year tripWe just love Chateau Chantal. We are so looking forward to going back up to Traverse City this year. We started last year for 2 nights, stayed in the Labasque Room.
