  • Wonderful Getaway
    By mombogogo, 09/15/09
This is a really wonderful hidden gem. It's a lovely, private boutique hotel within walking distance to several of downtown Chattanooga's restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant, memorable one. Breakfast is great; wine and hor d'oeurves excellent as well. My husband and I have been twice and are looking for an excuse to go back again!

  • Wonderful Place
    By Stacia, 02/19/09
We spent our anniversary here for the weekend. It was a very gorgeous place. Since it is an old building be ready for squeaky floors as people walk around. Me being a short person had to use the bench at the foot of the bed to climb into bed, I would recommend the hotel to put small stools under the bed for the short people. I really have nothing ...

  • Great choice
    By Tn Jet Ski, 07/04/08
Billed as a boutique hotel. I'd call it a mix between a bed-n-breakfast and a hotel. It is a historic building that has been remodeled, and was a very nice alternative to the standard hotel experience. I could go on and give a long windy review, just take it from me - it was a great place to stay. We went to do the tourist thing which ...

  • Casa Blanca was on TV
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/08/08
This was the most incredible weekend. The decor is beautiful throughout and when we turned on the TV, it was tuned to Turner Classic Movies which just happened to be showing Casa Banca. It couldn't have been a nicer experience. From the ambience, to the lovely host and hostess we felt welcome and indulged. Thank you, thank you!

  • What a Gem
    By Mrs W, 01/27/08
From the moment we checked in, we knew we were in for a treat! Joy and Kim man the front desk as though they’ve known you their whole lives; with friendliness and attentiveness that made us feel like the only guests in the place. In spite of the overcast weather during our stay in Chattanooga, the staff of the Stone Fort Inn made in a ...

  • Wonderful Place
    By Katie, 10/22/07
My husband and I have stayed there twice, and we can not wait to go back. It is so romantic and lovely.
Everyone that works there is very helpful and easy to get for help.
The rooms are breath taking. It is like staying at a $400 dollar place for less.
The breakfast is great. We always get breakfast in bed ($20 Extra, but worth it). They have ...

  • First baby-free vacation
    By Lindsey, 07/24/06
My husband and I stayed for our first vacation away from our daughter. It was so romantic and perfect. From the great service to the music playing in the hallways and the super-soft beds, everything was wonderful. The staff was so kind and breakfast was great. We felt very welcome. The location was nice, especially if you are planning to do downtown activities. We will definitely be going back!

  • The Perfect Stop...
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/17/06
This place was fabulous! I didn't want to leave. The atmosphere along with the decor made this place the perfect retreat. I guarantee that you would want to stay here. It is a bargain, especially for the great breakfast and the fresh baked cookies. You will love it! Oh.. I forgot to mention the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.
