The Adobe Cafe is all-around the best Southwestern place in the Philadelphia area. I think it was just actually voted the best in that category (and not by a certain local, biased magazine). I try to go to the Adobe Cafe at least once a month. I crave the salsa at least that often. It is a very laid back atmosphere, which can lead to a slower meal than people are used to. But it is definitely worth the wait! Also, my boyfriend is a vegetarian and the Adobe has an entire vegetarian menu with a ton of options. I highly recommend it, espceially for anyone looking for a good vegetarian meal.

This is a solid Tex-Mex restaurant with plenty of seating, a patio, good margaritas and mojitos and a nice varied menu. There is nothing really like it in the area (Johnny Mananas is pretty poor). When you don't want to pay the prices (and hastle) for center city dining, and a taco joint won't cut it, this is the place. fun decor too.

I love this place. The food is always top notch. The specials are always 5 star; the cuts of meat and sauces are exceptional. I try to eat here as much as I can and recommend it to everyone.

The wings and the salsa are the best in town! The wings are crunchy, meaty and are slighty sweet and spicy. The salsa packs a punch! It isn't too chunky, but is thick and hot.

The food is absolutely wonderful. The dishes have a robust flavor and the portions are very filling. The steak tips and sauce are the best!
