The grounds are out of this world. We had a terrace room and we could sit there and view the house and estate grounds. The view from the pool of the mountains was quite relaxing. We had the breakfast buffet, delicious, good variety but a little pricey. We ate twice at the Bistro, once for lunch and once for dinner. It was wonderful. I really ...

This inn has the superficial appearance of a class hotel, but it fails miserably with customer service. The service staff needs some serious training on serving the customer.

First Class All the Way

It is always nice to be treated like a King when you stay in a resort style hotel. Everyone knows your face and name and they immediatly respond to your needs. I will not stay anywhere else in Asheville if I want to relax this way again.
It was quite a long drive from Orlando to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. Our drive up was filled with anticipation - looking forward to celebrating our 25th anniversary at the Inn and we were not disappointed! We wanted to see the Estate near Christmas and everything was just being decorated at the Inn when we arrived. We ...

Wow! If you want to be part of a royal family...then come to the Inn. When my husband and I married six years ago, he told me I would be the Queen. Well, this weekend, it finally happened! The service, was great. The food...fabulous! My husband and I were truely welcomed and pampered the entire weekend. From the "Welcome back" when we ...

A Nice Weekend
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/11/05
The Biltmore Inn was nice, but NOT the very best. In my opinion, it was a bit overpriced. Service was very good, but not exceptional, which is what I would expect at this price range. The room was average size, but we got a "veranda" and a nice view.
We had nice dinners at the Bistro and Dining Room. Although it also was not cheap, ...

The Inn was a wonderful place to stay. In walking distance to the winery and they have great transportation within the grounds. The staff were wonderful. If you like great service, clean rooms and great views this is the place to stay while visiting Biltmore.
