The location is the best. I am a woman and was by myself. I felt completely safe morning - noon and night. My room had all the comforts of home plus more. There is so much to do and see. The staff was friendly - helpful and accomodating. I will definately go back. Quaint and "funky" in a good way.

This was one of the best rooms ever. Airy, open , picture perfect views. The staff performed above and beyond the call. I love the people watching that Venice Beach offers, and there is no better view than the fourth floor, ocean front....

THE ONLY WORDS I HAVE TO DESCRIBE ABOUT THIS SPECIFIC HOTEL IS SIMPLY AWFUL!!!!! I MEAN SERVICE POOR CLEANING SIMPLY TERRIBLE AND WELL I WOULD NOT GO BACK THERE IF IT WAS THE LAST HOTEL ON EARTH!!!!! MY SUGGESTION JUST GO THERE AND SEE FOR YOUR SELF.. AND I PROMISE YOU BAD THINGS SHALL HAPPEN.THAT IS MY REPORT!!!

The staff was very accomidating and friendly! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was wonderful. Anyone who has visited Venice Beach knows it's not a place to be strolling around late at night and the parking is always a challenge. It's a great place to stay to enjoy the beach and the day time entertainment.

Looking inland, Venice Hotel and suites is a few doors down and to the right of the Side Walk Cafe and set right on the board walk. This was the coolest hotel Ive ever stayed in:)

being transfered for work, I was constantly asking for directions, they were more than helpful giving me maps etc. and advice about where to look in the city for shopping, dining, and apartments, they were more than helpful, I even got to the DMV without getting lost!
