I was told that this hotel was 4 stars. I was very excited to go there.., but when I arrived everything was awful. The hallways in the tower I was (# 2) were dirty (hair, papers, straws,etc), they were never clean. The room was depresing. The matress was terrible, the balcony sliding door was out of its rail, the lamps shades had better days. ...

WOW margarita is a really nice place to go, the people is very warm and the beaches are excellents!!!. =) iT'S A nice place to spend with your family or friends, if you want another reference for a better place in venezuela look for Morrocoy's Beaches they are the greatest ones in the country and in all the caribbean.

We had such a great time. Very nice place to visit. The Villa was so clean and the people very friendly. I hardly recommend it.

I loved this place because it has everything for everybody, Margarita's most famous beach it's right on front of the hotel, just crossing the street and the food is excellent, the rooms are great, the pools even better!!!

The Island is idyllic. Prepare yourself for VERY hot weather !! Vast majority of visitors to this hotel are from Venezuela mainland and other S American countries. At one show ,when the audience are asked to raise hands according to nationality the English visitors were booed and called animals. As a british visitor you do feel a bit of an outsider ...

Everything was just great, the service, the staff, the meals, the unique shape of the swimming pools.

Most of all I liked the ambience, the landscaping was just beautiful and relaxing, soothing, it was like being in one's private Garden of Eden.

One last comment, it is the best vacation we ever had at that price.

We will return.

I stayed at Hesperia Playa El Agua Hotel for 3 days, it was great, the pools, food, drinks, specially if you can get a all inclusive fare. there is a bar at the beach, and if you want to go to dance at night, there ire two bars right next to the hotel at the beach. It was a great place to stay, and people is nice. So if you are planning to go to margarita island go to this hotel
