After cursing on Glenwood in Raleigh at Night , this was a walking no cab required had rooms. Nice rooms little pricey but great breakfast and clean. Night clerk was Ok nut Morning staff was very friendly.

It was late last minute decision to stay since we had no choice, It was much better then last time we stayed here. We loved those waffle in morning.Cant beat that for what we paid. staff was very friendly, although that hallway carpet was little dirty. Our room was clean and quite. I am glad we went back. reasonable stay in downtown Raleigh

The staff was SO RUDE the worst I have ever seen in myh life. I was going to stay even though the staff was so rude but I was tired after I got into the smaller then life room I got my money back and checked out! I went to the Clarion Hotel and it was Great. Please don't waste your time or money on this hotel. The pictures on the internet look a lot differnet then they do in person.

The night attendant kept calling my room during the night bugging me about if he could come to my room. I had to unplug both of the phones. Plus he made a comment about coming to my room later on. I didn't even sleep that well because I didn't feel comfortable at all. When I answered he made a rude comment. When I come to Raleigh again, I will not come here at all.
