Ooka is an amazing restaurant. I have tried other sushi places around the area and ooka is by far one of the best. Their sushi is very flavorful and not too expensive. The only thing I would like is a few more specialty rolls. The ones they do have are amazing though. The hibachi is a great place for a get together.

I love Ooka, my family and I go there for almost every birthday and special family events. In fact, I was just there on 9/26 with my family(10 of us) who was here visiting from WA. State. There was only one disappointing factor. We did not get a good hibachi show. My family and I noticed that the show given on table opposite to our table was longer ...

I have to admit this place does have a nice set up compared to most asian restaurants but their food really is just average. And for the so called sushi "experts" - how the heck can you taste the freshness of the fish when its drowning in all that mayonnaise? Its's smothered to killed the 3 day old stench! You can't call that fresh! I even saw one of the sushi men with a frozen pack.

Excellent Meal!: The sushi is excellent across the board, but be sure to try the chef's special rolls. The service is great as well although the dining area next to the hibachi grills is a bit noisy. If you have kids with you or a large group, that's fine, but if you're looking for a quiet meal ask to sit in the section away from the sushi bar. Enjoy!

Been There, Love it...
Only downside is when you call to make a reservation, they are so packed with people that you can not hear each other on the phone....I guess that is a good problem for them to have!

I never had the chance to eat inside Ooka's. I always had someone pick me up some take out. I was never a big sushi fan. My girlfriend wanted sushi so I figured we go there because I hear great things about it. We walk inside and I'm amazed how beatiful the place looks. It's decorated well. The staff is very friendly. I got the ...
You would never expect ooka to be so spectacular from the outside. Great food and service in a beautiful dining room. Hip music. I look forward to going back soon.
You pay a lot for mediocre food because they cook it in front of you. I guess it's OK. I don't think the food is anything special and if you take the entertainment [yawn] out, you're getting ripped off.
