My fiance and I absolutely love Lisa's! Yes, the prices are a little high for our redneck town but I think it is well worth it. If you have an endless pitt for a stomach like my fiance, you will absolutely LOVE this place. Their subs only come in 1 foot of 2 footers so I think their prices are reasonable. I love their cheese fries! I highly recommend eating at Lisa's. The staff is wonderful and you always walk away with a happy belly!

I'm in the Elmira area 3-4 times a month on weekends and it took me a few months before I found Lisa's and I will leave this comment. Born and raised in Philly for 30 years I know and appreciate a good steak sandwich. I've lived all over the country from L.A. to Chicago and now DC and have tried every version of steak sandwich out ...

We LOVE Lisa's Little Philly. Everything is absolutely delicious and just like the food in Philly. We have them grind our subs (toast) which I guess the popular chains stores with the not so tasty subs just figured out recently. The kids love going here and so do we. Friendliest folks you could ever meet as well. It is our favorite place to go just sit and chill out on the weekend for a quick delicious meal. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Only place outside of Philly to get a real cheesesteak. They take great pride in offering an amazing product and amazing personal service. One of the only truly privatley owned places left. The owners are always around to make your visit the best possible. Lisa's offers many selection from huge portions of Zitti down to homemade cheesecake. If you haven't been, Lisa's is a must GO!

  • best cheesesteak in the valley
    By Donna, 06/03/07
Lisa's has the best service and cheesesteak's in the area. It's worth the money to eat a sub from Lisa's. It's like going home to S Jersey. No one in the valley has rolls like them so they are unique and worth the cost- I've eaten bad food that costs more.

For this type of restarant/take-out, the food is very good. Great cheesteaks, fries, etc. Little pricey, but portions are large.
