Best tripe around!!I always never cared for tripe unti I had Calabrias. I love it!
The rest of their menu is quite good also. I haven't tried their pizza yet so I can't say if their pies our hot or not.
The ambience and decor is rustic and drab but they make up for it in their fines service and good food.OVERALL

Why did Calabria change the sauce on their pizza??Was a fan of your pizza for many years. Since 1990 to be exact. Why did you change your pizza to taste like everyone elses? If I wanted everyones elses, I would go with the cheapest and just buy it. Even though I moved several cities away I always came back and just bought your pizza, even though you don't deliver.
