I have hosted several private gatherings in the club and the catering staff and food have been consistently excellent. Attentive and friendly wait staff make us and our guests feel like The Waterwheel is our home away from home.

I gave it a four because even though the food was very tasty and special...I had the Brie with Granny Smith apples and almonds...the windows were dirty, the table tipped if you leaned on it, and the waitress didn't check on us often enough to make sure we were happy with the service. I think it is way over priced for the area and over rated. Some of the staff is nice where some of the gal's are snobs. I think the food is so-so and the ingredient's don't taste like they are very good quality. I think the owner skimp's alot on quality. Sorry but there are better places to eat in Milford!

This is one of the best places in Milford. Unusual dishes served perfectly and everything is so fresh. The whole staff is friendly and helpful.
I have had lunch at the Waterwheel Cafe many, many times. I can never decide what to order, as everything is so tempting. Their soup is outstanding - so much so that I often get a 'to-go' order on my way back to NY. This place is a 'must go to' in Milford.
I have never had a bad lunch here! This is a nice casual place to eat, nice ambiance in an authentic old mill. The food is always better than it reads on the menu.
