We always meet friends here about once a year and I love the atmosphere and food! It's a really fun place!

Ugh...we waited forever, had mediocre food and got overcharged. The beer is good but not cheap...and there is good beer elsewhere. There are plenty of other fine restaurants in the area. Skip this one.

Just had a terrible experience and one of many. Our poor waitress was in charge of 4 tables outside and 6 inside and because of constantly having to go in and out we all had long waits to even order our food let alone get anything to eat or drink. It was not her fault, but poor management. Our bill was also all wrong and we had to plead with ...

  • Steelgaarden is a favorite
    By marikaets, 04/13/07
The Steelgaarden has become my favorite place to drop in for a drink. I try a different martini every time I go, and my boyfriend joined their Belgian Beer Club, so he drinks and learns about the many, many Belgian beers they offer. The BrewWorks beers are also great, as are the bartenders who serve them. The bar sees everyone from local college ...

I love the BrewWorks and the atmosphere. Good for a relaxed client development function. Or a night of billards with friends.

Been here quite a few times (dozen or so)....and the atmosphere and premise (the beer made on premisis) is nice....but the food....ehhhhh.

I'm going to skip the pros and cons and go write to the bottom line....downtown Bethlehem is a pretty place to do a little shopping with the girlfriend, and then there are a bunch of higher end ...

  • the "BEST"

I've been visiting your pub since right after you opened. Whenever I have out of town guest looking for good food and a great atmosphere--this is where we go to find some of the best beers (mine is the Stout) and great food. Keep up the great work------John J. Shelak--Whitehall

  • Good, not great
    By whiskey_bravo, 10/17/06
The Brew Works is pretty good, honestly, but not on par with better brew pubs. Then again, there aren't really any better brew pubs in the valley area. The beer is quite good and the food is fair. Unlike the last reviewer I've never gotten ill nor has anyone who has gone with me. Anyone who has ever worked in the kitchen of any restaurant would probably be less enthusiastic about eating there, such is my experience anyway.

  • good beer, bad food
    By A Yahoo! Contributer, 10/13/06
Everytime I had eaten here it seemed like I had been ill afterwards. A year and a half ago I worked in their kitchen and found out why, very poor hygiene and food handeling skills. Also way too expensive. But they do have great beer!

  • Must try!
    By A Yahoo! Contributer, 04/08/06
Brew Works is a popular spot for both dinner and a fun night out. The food and beer is great, and the night crowd is a fun bunch too. Everyone should try it at least once.
