Good food, excellent service. Received our food after about 15mins after ordering. Waitress checked on us every 5 mins. to see if we needed anything, Price is reasonable compared to Applebee's or Chili's in Buffalo region in New York but with better service. Really close to the Hershey park made it an excellent chose for us after leaving the park.

If you have kids - this is the place to go. This restaurant is very kid friendly and the menu includes fabulous burgers and salads. I have always had great service.

We visit Hershey Park for the 4th. Ate at the red Robin last year, food was cold and greasy. Service was horrible and the place was not even full. If you want overpriced food with very slow service in an unclean restaurant then Red Robin is the place to go. Thinking it was just a bad experience, we went back and gave them a second chance. Once again it was terrible.

We went over the weekend before Halloween and the service was lousy. It was about 9:00 pm and there was nobody there, so I don't know what our waitress was doing. The food was very good once we got it, but it would have been nice to have something to wash it down with (our waitress was nowhere to be found).

The food was great. Had the Mushroom Burger and it was one of the best I have had in the area. The service was very good also. Price is fair for amount of food you get. My wife and I will come back again.
