Atmosphere was excellent. A nice place to bring friends or guest because it is quiet enough to have a reasonable conversation and hear each other. The food was delicious. Our waiter was asked if one enrtry was spicy. He indicated it was on the spicy side. Our friend did not take this caution to heart and found that her dish, though quite fine ...

I can’t believe there’s a professional chef running this kitchen or participating at any cooking station. Not only is the menu ill-conceived, they just don’t seem to have a clue about how food should be prepared.

The service isn’t any more professional than the kitchen staff, and the décor is as frumpy as it gets.

    The desserts are ...

    Always outstanding!
My favorite restaurant in the area.
It is quaint. A little pricey. But there is always enough for tomorrows lunch. And the desserts are awesome! I didn't know they were made onsite. That makes it that much more appetizing.
We save it for special occasion. Anniversaries, BirthDays and the like.

  • Best Deserts in Rochester

If you're looking for a great place to have dessert, this is it! All of the cakes/pies are homemade there in the restaurant and they have a great selection.

  • Incredible Desserts Very pricey dinners
    By Lucretia, 06/13/06
After dining here and lunching here for years whiel working in the area, we have settled into a "go there for take out dessert" mode. The place is not really big, nor are the food portions. Service can be slow and not up to standards for a "fine dining" establishment. The thing that keeps me coming back are the desserts. ...

  • Deserts Deserts And More Deserts..
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/28/06
This is the place to go when you want a great cup of coffee and a fancy desert. Dinners are not shabby either. The prices are, however, not on the cheap so be ready to break out the credit card.

  • Great food; best desserts in Rochester
    By KurtS, 03/20/06
I've had better service (our waiter was nice, but he had no idea how to pour wine and he had to come back twice after taking our order to get additional information from us) but the food is first rate and the HUGE selection of desserts is to die for. Great place to take a date after a show for coffee and a slice of cake.
